Physical Description: 
Hatarou is rather skinny guy and be of average height. He is not muscular but seems to carry his own pretty well. He wears of course a standard male uniform, navy shirt and navy long pants he also wear prescription glasses which are squarish in shape.. Hatarou has white hair and stunning dark green eyes. His face is rather sharp and in heated situation his eyes seems to pierce you. Since he is Skinny he is rather agile but tends not to show it.

General Personality 
To most people he seems to be rather cold as he doesn't care for much. This doesn't mean he is cold hearted, he is kind to the people who prove not to be an idiot. But on the all and all Hatarou tends to keep to himself and seems to be a loner. He is also quite cunning and intelligent and sometimes tends to be slightly arrogant but tends to quickly bring himself back to reality. He does seem to go out of his way to do something kind though as he might seem cold but would be glad to help. 
Likes:
Books: He tends to read a bit when bored.
Flowers: They calm him
Helping: Even though he can't stand moronic people he will gladly help them.
Dislikes:
Morons: If you act like an idiot he'll gladly give you the cold shoulder. 
Arrogance: People who don't know their place should shut up and learn it. He is slightly arrogant himself but he doesn't let it take him like others.
Fears:
Deep Water: He had a few tragic experiences with it. Don't misunderstand he can swim but he can not be under water.

Being alone: Even if he tends to seem cold and distant he truly afraid of being alone. If alone he feels defenseless and paranoid.

History 
Hatarou was born on June 24 into a great family. His mother was a leading medical doctor focusing in neurology, the study of the brain. His father was a house dad and took care of Hatarou. Life was good for the baby Hatarou and it all went downhill when he was 5. Hatarou father had took him to a beach and he had decided to take a swim. Hatarou was a rather strong swimmer but today it felt as if something was pulling him down. He nearly would have drowned if his father did not save him. This is where his fear of water spouts from.

Another tragedy occurred in his life when he was 7. He and his dad were out shopping for a birthday gift for what hatarou called his "Mama" his mother. They got her a little pendant with the words "Greatest Mom and Worlds best Wife!" Inscribed onto a heart shaped locket with a small picture of the 3 of them in it. When they were heading toward their car a strange man had came up to them and attempting mugging his father. The mugger had a knife and the two fought, his father was stabbed multiple times in his chest. A stranger came and intervined and knocked out the mugger and had went to go get help. This didn't help Hiija at all though he was dying so he called to his son. "..." He coughed up some blood and resumed, "Hatta... Come over please..." Hatarou was scared but had walked to his dad. "Y-y-yes papa." Tears were running down his small face but his dad wiped his face. "Tell mama... Papa will always love her... Don't cry... Papa is going to a nice place now..." Some blood was spilling from the side of his mouth. "Be a good boy... You're the man of the house now... I love you..." Even though his dad told him not to cry all he could do was hug his dying father and cry out, "Papa no! Papa please No! Please don't leave me all alone! Papa I'm not ready to be a man..." Soon the paramedics arrived and Hiija died half hour later due to a punctured lung and blood loss.

For months Hatarou's Mama was crying about the loss of papa. Whenever she cried in her bed at night Hatarou went to his mother room and tell her papa's last words to her. "Just remember mama! Papa told me that he will always love you! And to not cry because he's in a better place... And-" He hesitated slightly as a tear rolled down his cheek. "He made me the man of the house..." He wiped his face and threw on a smile, "As man of the house... I will not see Mama sad!!!" Kima smiled slightly and rubbed her son's head, "You're right Hatarou... I'll stop being sad... For papa's sake..." 

For the next few years Hatarou grew into what he is know. He was left alone in his home. He took all responsibilities of his father which weren't the most manly of things but he learned how to cook and clean and how to repair things. So now here he is the way he is...
