Stuck in the Demountable

Tibo was amazed he was still alive. He managed to get from the Field to this demountable, though he isn't sure if the others were still alive. WHAT WAS HAPPENING. He sat in the corner of the class room, away from all windows, too scared to look out. He held his bat firmly, ready to strike if needed to. maybe someone will come, maybe he will be saved, If not then he will need to find his own way out. Hopefully his sister is still okay.

Quorra had long since eaten the Blitz zombie that she had defeated however upon the death of her friend? Sinclair she found herself lurking around in the school once more in search of food not to mention life. She blended in with the undead population for the most part as sure occasionally she would run into a runner every now and then that wanted to take a bite out of her but it wasn't anything major like the first day. Perhaps it was because the amount of students alive had dwindled considerably. Which is why when she saw one in a classroom she was walking by she turned and stared at him before silently opening the door so as not to alert the more... feisty of her kin? and would slip in but remaining on the wall just in case he panicked and attacked her. What was stopping him really perhaps it was because she was a pretty zombie? Could zombie's be pretty she certainly thought so after all she didn't have the horrible smell that the other's possessed.

He held the Bat by the Grip. Looking towards the Zombie. She was obviously no normal one. As he stood up he tried to remain as silent as possible just in case. but it was obvious that she could see him, so he spoke, quietly. You are no normal one of them, are you? The others are Blind, and the others couldn't turn the door knob. He kept the bat in his palm, he was scared, but his posture and speech made him appear confident, Something that had got him past a lot in the past. You here to eat me? It was mocking tone, yet at the same time, a serious question. THe bat Dropped from his hand, holding onto only the rope. If she went to attack, he would swing the rope forwards, the bat striking in the side of the head. He was already strategising. And he will never be at ease in this new world. Trust no one for now, especially when they look like one of them.

Quorra stared at him before she sensed something was off and made a gesture of putting her finger to her mouth as if she was attempting to tell him to keep quiet. She then pointed downward trying to tell him to get down while she sunk down and sat on the floor still looking at him. She pointed to him then made a biting motion with her mouth before shaking her head and managed a small smile, in reality she was more scared than him as she didn't know why she always tried to help the humans. Perhaps it was her inner desire to be normal again and since this whole thing was partially her fault for excaping the base she felt like she needed to protect the dwindling human population in the city.

A group of zombies also known as a horde was moving through the hallway. There were about 20 of them and they all shuffled at a slow pace. There luckily were no runners and they hadn't heard the boy so they simply stumbled through the halls moving like a unit. Just in case though she preferred if they remained out of sight, less pressure for him really, she wasn't bothered by the normal one's they lacked the intelligence to notice she was different. It was as if she was grass in a den full of carnivores, she just wasn't on the menu.

He did just that, Slowing getting down, he may not trust this one of them, yet even he couldn't ignore the sounds of countless zombies moving down the hall way. But just in case it was a trick, he again grabbed the bat handle, Curling into a ball under the teachers desk. Why was this happening, Just three hours ago i was talking to my little sister with no care in the world. Why? Sadness over took the stern emotion on his face.

Quorra stared at the boy with a puzzled facial expression he looked sad even though his trait's were trying to put up a strong look. Of course if he wanted to end it she would happily oblige to help..she was getting hungry after all. Quorra suddenly shook her head dispelling the hunger that constantly plagued her body, sure she had no memories of her past but she knew at one point she must of been normal..right? A normal person wasn't controlled by hunger it was just an add on to life, therefore she shouldn't be controlled by it either.

The horde moved silently until a sound was heard about 10 feet away apparently some girl was hiding in a locker and choose that moment to emerge. A fatal mistake as immediately they converged upon her location and began to consume her flesh like starving lions. It was time to move while they were all distracted by the feast otherwise the two of them might not get a second chance.

Tibo could hear the feast going on outside, and he got to his feet, crawling from under the table. And, looking at the zombie in front of him, Now was the perfect chance to run, he might not get another chance. Looking at the zombie he gave it an expression, saying in a way, should we leave? However he was completely unsure on whether just running down the hallway was safe, better then nothing i guess, He slowly made his way to the door, trying not to make a sound, And he would continue unless stopped by this one. His hand clenched on the bat.

Quorra got up and raised her hand before pointing to herself and then the door indicating she wanted to step out first so that he could be masked under her smell. Not waiting for him to get it she quietly stepped around him and would open the door quietly and would slip outside walking forward a bit and sitting down watching them tear apart their still screaming prey she'd look back to see if he got out and would point to one of the emergency exit's. Sure it would make a lot of noise but by the time the zombies got there they would be long gone. Meanwhile she would get up and walk past 2 zombies to pick up a crowbar that one of them had dropped, not far ahead she could see a dulled Katana but it was too deep and she didn't want to delay the boy. So she left it behind and would silently but quickly run before opening the emergency exit after him and slip out.

The horde was distracted but the noise that their food was making before it got cut off had attracted the attention of a Blitz pack who were hunting escapee's outside they burst through the main door and would start making their way to the location where they last heard the noise. It was definitely time to go.
